Generally, a 4 week notice is best! While I can't always accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to! Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days will require a rush fee of 25% of the total order.
I require a 1 dozen minimum per order for cookies, cupcakes, cakesicles, and macarons. Need fewer? Keep an eye on my Facebook page as I often offer smaller quantities in my pop-up sales. There is no minimum for cake orders.
The cookies are individually wrapped in a sealable bag to maximize freshness and placed in a bakery box for easier transportation.
I will send you payment details via email. Half the amount is required to confirm your order and secure the date. The remaining balance is due a week before your event. All orders under $100 must be paid in full. You may pay by card once you recieve your invoice via Email. I can also accept PayPal, CashApp, and cash.
Before pick up: I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately after that time, I cannot offer refunds as items for your order have likely already been placed.
After pick up: While I want you to love my cakes and other sweet treats, if you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out within 24 hours so I can assess the condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a refund may be issued.

I currently do not offer shipping for my orders, but I am working hard to be able to offer it in the future.
Unfortunately I am unable to to provide large quantity discounts. Ingredients costs remain the same and each treat takes just as long as the next, no matter how many are being made.
